Mostly observed as a smile or grin (corner of the mouth); alternatively, it can occur as a twinkle in the area of the ocular muscles. Associated with the physical alterations positive emotional reactions can be observed, such as a certain amusement or cheerfulness. Usually, both are harmless and reversible.
